Terms & Conditions:
1. The Glow 2.0 Membership is valid for 365 days from the date of purchase.
2. The membership is valid for one individual only.
3. Membership benefits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and validity cannot be
extended underany circumstances.
4. Discounts are applicable on services only and not on retail products, gift vouchers, or
packages unless specifically mentioned.
5. Complimentary services can be redeemed on all days of the week, subject to availability.
6. A minimum gap of 21 days is mandatory between two complimentary service redemptions.
7. All complimentary services must be utilised within the membership validity period of one
year. Unused services will lapse post expiry.
8. Prior appointment is mandatory for all services.
9. Members must inform the salon about the complimentary service or membership benefit
at the time of booking or before the service begins.
10. Complimentary services cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted with any other
service.
11. The membership is not valid during the blackout period from 23rd December to 31st December.
12. The membership benefits are not applicable on bridal services, hair extensions, outdoor
appointments, product purchases, or gift vouchers.
13. Membership benefits cannot be combined with any other ongoing offers, promotions, or
discounts, unless explicitly specified.
14. JCB Salons India Group reserves the right to amend, modify, or withdraw the Glow 2.0
Membership Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
